Return and Change
According to Article 246a § 1 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 Number 2 of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code, the consumer bears the direct costs of the return. Please choose the best form of return for you. The delivery costs that you paid for your order will not be refunded if the item is returned successfully.
You will not be charged any delivery costs for the first exchange. For each further exchange we will charge the delivery costs that apply to the destination country.
